Nou Garden is located near Quran Gate, across from Jahan Nama Garden. This garden was built by the Safavid Dynasty or expanded and settled in that period. After Safavid, it declined and was rebuilt during Zandieh and Qajar periods. During Qajar era, a magnificent building was built on the site of the old garden. During the second Pahlavi period, the garden underwent many changes and constructions such as the construction of Saadi Park Hotel next to the main mansion of Nou Garden.
Today's architects consider it as a combination of Zandieh and Qajar styles, which has undergone changes and additions in the Pahlavi period. The main porch and wooden columns of the same floor are the relics of the Zandieh era. The semicircular arches of the first floor can be attributed to Qajar period.
