One of the oldest and most popular markets in Shiraz is Haji Bazaar, which is estimated to be 1000 years old and probably dates back to the Buyid period. It’s located on Lotfali Khan Zand Street, and in the northeast of Shiraz Grand Mosque. Haji Bazaar was built by the order of Ghavamuddin Hassan.

It starts from the northern front of the Jame Mosque and expands in the same direction. You can find all kinds of local and traditional clothes and fabrics and buy old traditional goods there. Haji Bazaar has interesting and different goods in its sales department. This market is one of the main centers of traditional supplies and crafts in Shiraz where you can find items such as local and traditional clothing, chests, cashmere, dried fruit products, sanitary products, sewing supplies, colored fabrics, pots, and pans.
